All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or inventory limitations.

If your order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier delays, or external conditions.

Once an order has been shipped, ATENA TEMPLE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We may offer size exchanges only, subject to availability and the conditions stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned in original packaging (when possible)

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

8. International Orders

International customers excluding residents of both North and South America are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are not controlled by ATENA TEMPLE and are non-refundable.

9. Gift Cards / Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
