Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a size exchange. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition in original packaging.

Contact our customer service team at contact@atenatemple.com to initiate your return for the size exchange. Once the items have been inspected and match our requirements, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Pack items securely in original packaging when possible.

We offer one free size exchange (covering both shipping costs and duties), however any other size exchanges customer is responsible for these costs.

For Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and Antartica,customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please contact us at contact@atenatemple.combefore returning international orders.
