What is the return policy?

Because each ATENA piece is crafted with intention and limited in quantity, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds.

We accept exchanges of size on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

To request a return for store credit or exchange, please email us at contact@atenatemple.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back. Return shipping costs are complementary by ATENA.
